We’re confident that The Rising Sun could be in the top ten cider pubs across the UK. A cellar of close to twenty changing ciders offer the drinker a choice of traditional styles, fruit flavoured tipples, modern fancies and rare perrys to boot.
Hertfordshire is far away from the cider territories of Somerset, Herefordshire, Gloucestershire and Monmouthshire, yet The Rising Sun brings their star ciders to our very grateful doorstep.
